Terms and Conditions

Signing up as a member gives permission for Move to Nurture to send marketing and information emails to the members email address.

Refund Policy: No refunds are available on memberships. If you cancel your membership you will have access to membership content until the date of your next billing cycle.

Launch Offers: If you purchase an offer for a particular period, you will have access to membership content for the entire period for which you have paid. You will then revert the full monthly membership fee to continue to have access to membership content.

Memberships: On demand membersips activate on date of purchase. After cancellation, access to material will be available until next billing date.

LIABILITY WAIVER – AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE and ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In consideration of being permitted to participate in on-demand and /or, on-line and/or in-person classes or training sessions (Session) provided by Brigid Pearse (Instructor) trading under the business name ‘Move to Nurture’, I acknowledge and agree as follows:

There are risks inherent in undertaking any form of physical exercise, including in connection with my participation in any Session. I am voluntarily participating in the Sessions assuming those risks and knowing the dangers involved and my own limitations.

I do not have any medical condition or physical limitations that would affect my ability to participate in a Session or, if I do have any pre-existing condition that may place me at a higher risk of injury or inhibit my ability to participate in a Session, I will disclose that to the Instructor prior to commencement of the Session.

The Instructor is not responsible or liable for any defective equipment used during a Session.

Any materials or videos that I receive in connection with a Session are for my use only. I will not upload any materials or videos provided by the Instructor to any online forum, or share or reproduce those materials or videos in any way.

To the extent permitted by law, I release and hold the Instructor harmless from any liability, cost, expense, damages or claims arising from, or which may be suffered or incurred in connection with, my participation in any Session.
